How Your Dentist in Coatesville Gives Back

At Chester County Dental Arts, we want our patients to feel like we are part of their community. We want to form the kinds of relationships that will make going to the dentist in Coatesville a piece of cake. Also, we want to give back to the community for all the loving support they have shown us since we opened in early 2016. It’s truly been a humbling experience. We were so surprised, in fact, that we decided back in December that we needed to throw a holiday party to really show our thanks. It was the best way we could think of to show our appreciation, and also get to spend a little time with our patients outside of the office. What ended up happening shocked us all.

A Roomful of Smiles

When we first thought of the idea to throw a holiday party, we were unsure anyone would show up. I mean, who goes
to a party thrown by their dentist? You can only imagine the look on our faces when over 175 people showed up to Casa Herrera. People brought their entire families to come enjoy the festivities. Usually, you only hear people complain about going to see their dentist, so we were so flattered when people went out of their way to come see us.

People from all over the community showed up, but you could tell they all had one thing in common: a healthy smile. Moments like these are why everyone at Chester County Dental Arts went into dentistry. We got to see not only the physical impact we make on patients, but the emotional as well. People who were previously self-conscious about showing their teeth were now laughing and talking with complete strangers, as well as enjoying the delicious Mexican fare.

In order to truly show our thanks to everyone that supports our practice, we raffled off a brand new, big screen TV. It really was all we could do to show our appreciation. By the end, a roomful of relative strangers started to feel more like a family, and we’re so proud we were able to do that. Person after person came up and told us about how we had helped them and what a fantastic experience they’ve had letting us take care of their smile. It was great to meet people who went all the way from searching for “dentist near me” on the internet to getting a completely revitalized smile with us.

All in all, the party was more than we could have ever hoped for, and you can be sure that we’ll be doing more events like this in the future to continue thanking the community that still supports us.
